This dataset is based on field soil sampling surveys conducted in 2016 and 2017 across the typical steppe of the Mongolian Plateau, providing the spatial locations of soil sampling points and observed indicators of soil physicochemical properties. The dataset has explicit spatial and temporal attributes and is applicable to remote sensing retrieval validation, soil spatial variability analysis, and ecological effect studies.
